BEAR!
Statement of Intent:
“Bear,” branching off of “Hamster Fanfare,” measures 10 ¾” x 5” x 5 ¼” and is made from chicken wire, packing tape and dryer lint. The theme of “Bear” was quickness, just like little animals are often considered, and this quickness led to the choice in materials. “Bear” has a simple appearance to her, with a translucent body, an extremely long tail and no eyes. Her ears are made from Easter basket confetti, allowing the ears to stand out from the rest of the body.
